What if I have two discount codes?

Please note that you can only apply one discount/promotion per order, and some codes cannot be used on sale or discounted items. If you enter multiple discount codes, the last one entered will be applied and any prior codes entered will be disregarded. Please double-check your order confirmation to make sure that that offer you wish to receive has been applied next to "discounts" in your order summary. What if my items are damaged or incorrect? If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, contact our customer support team at beelikekids@beelikekids.com with a photo of the damage, or the incorrectly shipped product, as well as your order number and we will get back to you.

Are your products in compliance with testing standards?

Yes. We only recommend what we'd use with our own family and all products are in compliance with US safety standards. Here you will find everything made of 100% pure rubber from the rubber tree, 100% BPA-free, phthalate-free,  sustainably sourced wood, organic fabric, and non-toxic material.

Are Natural Rubber toys safe?

Natural rubber is biodegradable and free of petrochemicals, heavy metals, and phthalates, but they are not recommended for infants with latex allergies.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Paypal, Apple Pay and Amazon Pay.

Where is my order confirmation and/or tracking information?

You will receive an email as soon as your order is placed, and when is ready to ship. Please check your spam as they often get there, or contact us at beelikekids@beelikekids.com.

Please read the full product descriptions before your purchase, as some pictures may contain additional items sold separately. If you would like to know more about an item just ask us a question, as we have that option available for every product. We usually respond in less than 24 hours. Important Disclosure: 

  • Due to the nature of hand-painted soft vinyl, some dolls may have slight surface variations like faint marks, minor scuffs or subtle color variations. These markings are not considered defects and do not affect the playability or beauty of the doll. Despite these slight variations, each doll is uniquely beautiful and handcrafted with care.

Pre-Orders

We do our best to notate on product descriptions items that may take a little longer to ship. Please keep in mind that shipping dates are always estimated. These ship times cannot be guaranteed as they are completely out of our control. You can rest assured that when the item is available we will ship your order as soon as possible. Can I combine in-stock and pre-order items?

- Create two distinct orders: one including items available in stock and the other including items in pre-order. The one including available items will be dispatched in accordance with our shipping times policy.

- Place a combined order and wait for the items in pre-order to arrive. In this case, the whole order will be held and dispatched entirely.

Where do your products ship from?

At Bee Like Kids, our goal is to bring you the cutest, most unique products for your little ones at the best possible prices. Many of our items ship directly from our main headquarters right here in Oregon! To offer a wider variety, we also partner with trusted manufacturers and artisans across the United States. By shipping select items directly from our US-based partners' warehouses to your doorstep, we cut out the middleman and pass the savings directly on to you, while ensuring everything ships quickly from within the USA!

I ordered multiple items, but only one arrived. Where is the rest of my order?

 Don't worry! Because we partner with several different specialty manufacturers, your items may ship from different warehouses. It is completely normal for items in the same order to arrive in separate packages and on different days. You will receive tracking information for each individual package.
